Measure the widest part of your Adirondack chair from left to right, starting at the outer edges of the arms or the leg base — whichever extends further.
Measure from the back of the chair to the front at its deepest point, next to where you measured the width. Begin at the top or bottom of the chair back if it curves.
Measure from the ground to the highest point of the chair – we recommend selecting a cover that is 2–5 cm shorter to allow for airflow.
1. Delivery Time: This cover is dispatched directly from our factory, not from our Ras Al Khaimah address. You will receive delivery is within 10–14 days.
2. Measurements : All measurements displayed on the website refer to the cover size, not the furniture size. Please see item 3.
3. Fit Requirements: For a correct fit, the cover must be a minimum of 3 cm larger in every dimension other than the height. Ordering a cover without appropriate allowance will result in an incorrect fit or not fitting at all.
4. Confirming Measurements: Measuring is straightforward, but accuracy is essential. Please double-check all measurements before ordering. It is recommend having a friend or family member double check measurements to avoid any avoidable errors.
5. Optional Extras / Customisation: “Choose Extras” are custom additions made to ready made covers specifically to you. Covers featuring these options are non-refundable and non-returnable, for incorrect size or change of mind.
6. Fabric Specifications: Covers are manufactured using 200gsm heavy-duty waterproof material. That has been laboratory tested for durability. “Heavy-Duty” refers to performance, not weight.
7. Cover Colours: Product photos are professionally taken; however, colour variations may occur due to lighting and device display differences.
8. Delivery Address: Customers must ensure their delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, a AED 55 redelivery fee may apply. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
9. Returns: Ready-made covers may be returned; please note return postage and a restocking fee apply as per our Returns Policy. Covers featuring optional extras or custom additions cannot be returned under any circumstances.
