Our cushion covers are crafted with reinforced stitching for long-lasting durability, quality heavy-duty zips for easy cover removal, and optional quick-dry foam that ensure comfort and practicality outdoors. 1. Enter All Measurements: Please complete every measurement field on the product page.
2. Use Centimetres Only: All measurements must be entered in centimetres. For example: enter 100 for 100 cm.
3. No Allowances: Do not add or subtract any extra allowance to your measurements. Enter the actual measurements only.
4. Double Check Measurements: Measuring is simple, but accuracy matters. Please double-check all measurements before placing your order. We strongly recommend having a 2nd person such as a friend or relative review measurements as well. We cannot take responsibility if incorrect measurements are provided.
5. Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. A 5% fee applies to cover merchant fees and administration costs. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Optional Expert Review, Design, Drawing & Consultation: If this option is selected and you later cancel the order after the drawing has been provided, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
7. Orders Placed Without Expert Review: If you do not select the Expert Review option, your order goes directly to production based only on the measurements and details submitted at checkout. Any additional information — sent before, during, or after ordering — cannot be considered.
8. Delivery Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. A redelivery fee of 55 AED may apply if an incorrect address is supplied. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels where an incorrect address was provided.
9. Custom Orders Are Final: All custom-made products are created specifically to your measurements, selected colours, and chosen options. For this reason, custom orders cannot be returned.
10. Automatic Dispatch: Due to high order volumes, we are unable to delay dispatch. Custom orders are shipped automatically as soon as production is completed.
11. Shape & Design: Cushion covers and complete cushions are produced according to: A) the product page used to place the order, and B) the measurements provided at the time of ordering. Additional customisations or design request such as cut-outs, rounded edges, or specific piping placement cannot and will not be accommodated unless they are part of the product page options.
12. Fabric Colour: Colours shown online on the product pages are professionally photographed. However, fabric appearance will vary depending on lighting conditions and your device’s display settings. Our free fabric samples with free delivery provide the most accurate representation. We are not liable if colours appear different on your screen compared to real life.
13. Check the Option Selected: This product page offers three choices: 1) Cushion Cover Only, 2) Complete Cushion: Cover + Insert. 3) Insert Only. Please note: Cushion Cover Only Option and Insert Only Option are not complete cushions.
14: Stripe Fabric Direction: If striped fabric is selected, our team determines stripe direction based on best aesthetics, cushion size, and consistency across your order. If you require a specific stripe direction or want to review before production, select the Expert Review, Design, Drawing & Consultation option at checkout .
15: Packaging: Depending on the shape, size, and quantity, complete cushions or inserts may be folded for shipping. This does not affect appearance, durability or longevity.
16: Vacuum Packing: Complete cushions are vacuum-packed for secure shipping. Please unpack within 5 days of receiving them and place them flat with space on all sides. Cushions typically regain shape within 5–6 days. Initially they may appear slightly short or thin—this is normal and resolves once the foam fully expands in 5 – 6 days.
17. Comfort: Our cushions are made with high-density quick-dry foam or foam cubes. Comfort is subjective and may vary depending on personal preference. Warmer temperatures exposure to sun and transfer of body heat when seated will make the cushions feel softer. The longest seated the soft cushions will feel.
18. What’s Included: Your cover will include only the design, features and specifications listed or selected on the product page. Any design, feature or accessory not shown on the product page will not be included with your cover.
